What platforms do you use to build websites?
We build sites on Squarespace, WordPress or Shopify depending on the type of site and scope of work. We can also build sites from scratch using a framework like React. If you are unsure which platform is best, we can help you.
What are your payment options?
Each project is split up into three different invoices. Every project requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin. Following this, payments will be made by specific milestones with final payment due after the project is complete. The payment timeline will be outlined in your proposal & welcome packet.
What type of clients do you usually work with?
We work with small brands/businesses, creatives, and entrepreneurs in the beauty, health & wellness, and fashion industries but we are open to hearing about your project if these categories don't quite fit.
How do I get started on a project?
Step 1: Fill out an assessment and book a free 20-minute consultation.
Step 2: Once we have our call, we will send you over an estimate to approve. Once approved, you will receive a proposal + contract to sign.
Step 3: Once signed, you will receive an invoice for a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your space in our calendar.
Step 4: You're in! You will receive a client welcome packet and access to your client portal where you will be prompted to book our on-boarding strategy session, complete your in depth assessment and organize your content.
Step 5: The remaining steps in the process will be outlined in your confidential proposal.
How long does a project usually take?
Projects timelines are unique and dependent on the scope of work.

Yes, no client will be discriminated against based on sexual orientation, race or gender. Please let us know what the preferred pronoun(s) is/are of you and your team.

All invoices are sent securely through Quickbooks. We accept electronic payment (Credit/Debit Card) and Paypal.
